The short version: CHR Watch reads your TikTok Seller Center health page when you have it open. All data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your account information to any server.

1. Who we are

CHR Watch is a Chrome extension built and operated by Creator Kit (creatorkit.co.uk). This privacy policy explains how the extension handles your data.

2. What data the extension reads

When you have your TikTok Seller Center health page open (seller-uk.tiktok.com/health-center), CHR Watch reads the following information directly from the page:

• Your Creator Health Rating score (a number between 0 and 1000)
• Your account health status (e.g. Healthy, At Risk)
• Your metric performance data (e.g. Late Dispatch Rate, Valid Tracking Rate)
• Your policy violation counts by category

This data is read locally in your browser. It is never sent to any external server.

3. How data is stored

CHR Watch stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API:

• Your most recently detected score and metric breakdown
• A score history log (up to 90 entries) to show your trend over time
• Your alert threshold preference
• Your Pro status (paid or free)

This data lives entirely on your device. It is not synced to Chrome's cloud sync and is not accessible to anyone other than you.

You can clear all stored data at any time by removing the extension from Chrome.
